Detection system
Main lifting part:
The machine main lifting parts adopts motor-type lifting adjustment, when need to replace the bottle specifications, due to the different bottle height, you only need to operate in the touch screen to achieve height adjustment, and the machine installed upper limit, lower limit photoelectric protection device to ensure that no errors occur;
Capping part:
In capping part, each capping head has the function of torque force effect control system, through this device to ensure the effect of capping and to avoid injury (when the cap is screwed, capping head and clutch separately, bottle and cap relatively static, will not hurt bottle and cap).
Threshold protection: the host is equipped with a safety door threshold alarm device. During normal production, open the safety door (around the door), and the host automatically alarms and stops the machine;
