Cap grasping and tightening
1. The capping part consists of a capping claw head, a bottle carrying part, a grasping part and a detection part of the cap conveying star wheel, etc.
2. The system realizes automatic cap feeding, cap sorting, and cap tightening.
3. The capping machine and filling machine use the same drive assembly to ensure that the filling and capping speed is coordinated and consistent.
4. The capping force can prevent the anti-counterfeiting ring from damaged or losing, and the surface of the cap can prevent being worn by the capping process. The capping process runs smoothly without shaking or damaging the cap.
5. When sealing, the clamp holds the barrel body tightly without any loose, and the capping head is kept aligned with the barrel mouth. The capping machine can be adjusted according to needs, and the barrel feeder divides the barrel body smoothly without squeezing the barrel, making it easy to change the barrel shape.
6. The capping process does not squeeze, scrape or splash the barrel, and runs smoothly. The capping device is easy to replace various capping heads and adjust the torque. The capping head is equipped with a clutch and the torque can be adjusted.
Cap feeder:
1,The cap feeder adopts the principle of centrifugal motion to make the cap inside the hopper enter the track and undergo forward and reversed cap processing. Through sensor detection and compressed air blowing, the reversed cap is pulled back into the hopper, and the right-positioned caps enter the cap slide. Its speed can be adjusted by frequency converter.
2,Cap slide: The cap slide is used to transport the neatly arranged caps to the scraping head. The upper end is connected to the outlet of the cap sorting device, so that the cap sorted can smoothly enter the cap slide blocking or jamming.
3,Cap shortage ( full ) alarm: When the sensor of the cap feeding track detects that the caps are not enough, this alarm is triggered and the machine stops. When the caps to be transported are full, this alarm will automatically stop. When the sensor of the cap feeding track detects that the cap feeding track is full, the cap adjuster is controlled to stop working through a signal until the next time it receives a lacking cap signal and operates pneumatically.
Equipment advantage
Each capping head of the capping part is shown in the figure, and the capping torque can be adjusted to ensure the capping effect without damaging the cap. The capping qualification rate is high, the work is stable, and the versatility is good. It can be applied to anti-theft caps and straw hat caps. When changing specifications, the grasping head can be replaced quickly.
The bottle feeding system adopts bottle separating twists to ensure smooth bottle feeding. A sensor detection device is installed in the bottle feeding direction. When the conveying system has reversed bottle or no bottle fault, the equipment automatically stops and gives an alarm, effectively reducing the damage caused by reversed bottle to the equipment. In addition, the bottle feeding system for equipment operation adopts modular design, which effectively reduces the time for changing the bottle type and improves the operability. The station type cap taking system is used for cap supply. Only when there is a bottle in the twists, the cap supply system will provide caps, will not cap without bottles.
The lifting part of the host adopts a motor-driven lifting adjustment. When changing specifications, as for the different heights of the bottles, height adjustment can be achieved by simply operating on the touch screen. In addition, upper and lower limit sensor protection devices are installed to ensure that no errors occur; The devices above the host panel that used for height adjustment are all hand cranked, which is convenient, fast, and highly accurate.
The mold adopts a quick installing design, which can be replaced without tools, and can be rotated by hand. Different bottle molds are carved with marks. The whole set of mold (bottle inlet twists, guide plate, star wheel plate for bottle inlet and outlet, screw cap head, etc.) can be disassembled in only 5 minutes if operator is highly skilled, which eliminates the cumbersome and slow replacement of the rotatory mold.
Equipped with a mold storage frame for easy storage and management, the host can be equipped with a nitrogen flushing device to meet the requirements of users for special packaging materials; All nitrogen filling processes are completed at the bottle inlet station, and the nitrogen nozzle is kept concentric with the center of the bottle mouth; (Optional)
Automatic removal of reversed caps ensures the qualification rate of the cap feeding.
After the capping, a swing cylinder reject device is used to remove defective products like crooked caps, no caps, and no aluminum foil, ensuring that the product is 100% qualified.
