Working Flow:

The product is transported by the upstream conveyor belt → chain conveyor belt → dispensing → electric eye detection → the labeling station receives the electric eye signal to send the label (positive label) → the label is quickly sent to the bottle body → the labeling station 2 receives the electric eye signal to delivery label→ label is quickly delivered to the bottle, and the labeling mechanism brushes the label. At the same time, if the standard label is pasted, the labeling station3 will automatically switch without stopping.

Steering Mechanism:

the steering mechanism can automatically detect the position of the bottle mouth, and give a detection signal to control the automatic steering mechanism to recognize the steering. Adopted cylinder steering mechanism, which is stable at high speed and easy to debug.

Packaging & Shipping:

The machine is packed by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
