Overview:

The bottle unscrambler transports the empty bottles lying flat on the conveyor belt. Through image recognition technology, it correctly grasps and places them in the designated direction on the product conveyor belt according to the set program, ensuring that the empty bottle mouth is facing the same direction, and then the product conveyor system transports them to the entrance of the filling machine.

Advantages:

2. The electrical control cabinet is welded with carbon steel material, and the protection level after sealing reaches IP55 standard.

The movable safety door is made of transparent PC board material, and the internal situation of the machine can be clearly seen during operation; The movable safety door is equipped with a safety protection device to ensure that the machine will immediately stop running when the door is opened, protecting personnel safety! When the door is not fully closed, the machine cannot operate, preventing accidental actions and ensure personal safety. The glass side door can prevent personnel from entering the interior of the machine during operation.

Empty bottle feeding hopper

Used for storing empty bottles, manually pour the empty bottles into the feeding hopper, and the feeding hopper automatically sends bottles according to the needs of the automatic bottle feeding machine. The capacity of the feeding hopper can accommodate 850 (500ml) irregularly placed empty bottles, meeting the buffering requirements of the feeding system for continuous operation for 15 minutes. When the sensor in the bottle sorting machine detects that the number of bottles has reached the set quantity, the bottle feeding machine stops working. Used in conjunction with the bottle sorting machine, it automatically send up the bottles when there’s no bottle in bottle sorter and stops automatically when there are enough bottles, achieving automated control. According to production needs, constantly variable speed can be achieved. The main components of the machine are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.
