• The electric control system of the whole machine adopts well-known electrical brands (Schneider, Siemens, etc.) and integrates the electric control system, which is more stable, reliable, safe and low energy consumption. (the electrical configuration can be changed according to the customer's requirements)
• Using principle of gravity weighing to realize the control of filling quantity. When filling, the signal is given by the weighing sensor, and the filling valve is controlled by the PLC; the machine has no material box, and the user's pipeline is directly connected to the interface of the machine, so the structure is simple and the cleaning is convenient, and the quick installation interface is adopted for the joints, which is convenient for disassembly
• The filling part of the machine is composed of fast filling and slow filling. At the beginning of filling, the fast filling valve and slow filling valve are all opened for fast filling; when the filling reaches the fast feeding value, the fast filling valve is closed, and the slow filling position is used for slow filling to ensure the accuracy of filling volume; when the filling reaches the target feeding value, the slow filling valve is closed. All parts in direct contact with materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
• The filling system of the machine is designed with a special plugging device to prevent the material dripping after filling.
• the machine has a good function of diving and defoaming (according to the characteristics of materials). It can automatically adjust the rising speed of the filling pipe according to the speed of the feed flow to reduce the foam in filling process.
