The main operating principle of the equipment

This machine uses the working principle of gravity weighing to control the filling volume. During filling, the programmable controller PLC controls the opening time of the filling valve, and the material flows into the container to be filled by itself/pumping. The material flows into the weighing small silo through the material box, and weighs while feeding until it reaches the set amount. The upper material is weighed and the lower bottle is in place. When the bottle is in place, the filling starts, and the subtractive method is used when filling. Principle, from 0 to accumulate until the set amount is filled, the small weighing bin always maintains a certain margin

The filling machine is controlled by PLC system + touch screen. Free switching between automatic control and manual control. With system self-checking, fault alarm and display of movement status, accuracy, speed and adjustment. With its own man-machine interface, all parameters can be operated on the man-machine interface.

The filling level tank level control and adjustment system can be combined with the feed pump (finished product tank) to control the feed and realize the automatic control function. The filling box material level is displayed in real time, the feed valve is automatically controlled according to the level of the material box, and an alarm is issued when the liquid level is high or low.

The bottom panel of the filling station is recessed, and one end is equipped with a discharge port, which is convenient for cleaning and draining the cleaning liquid and raw material residue
