This machine is specifically designed for the purpose of filling up to 200 liters of barrel. Being capable of multiple azimuthal rotation, the machine can fulfill the task of barrel filling with the help from an operator who holds the control on the head of the filling. This machine is an ideal choice for a wide range of applications, including water, oil paint, lubricating oil and Soy letithin.
The whole line is composed of three sections: the barrel feeding station, the filling station and the output station for barrels. Initially, the truck driver will put the empty barrel onto the feeding station, and then they will be implemented to the filling station in order. During the process, it would be necessary for the worker to adjust the filling head, and once done, the filling process will kick off and then the barrel will be send to the output station. Finally, the worker will be tasked with closing off the barrel, completing the whole process.
