Overview:
The automatic three-row-push weighing filling machine adopts three-row-push filling mode, which means Infeed bottle in the first row, filling with weighing sensor in the second row and outfeed bottle in the third row to be conveyed, non-interfering at the same time, thus achieving a fast and accurate filling.
This machine has been into stable use in CNPC, Risen Energy, FUCHS, LUKOIL, Tongyi Lubricant, NACO, Lanzhou Lubricant and other Chinese or International petrochemical enterprises.
Advantages:
1. The parts of the machine in contact with the material are made of high quality stainless steel, valves and pipelines are sanitary requirements;
2. The bottom of the machine is installed with universal wheels, which can move the machine freely.
3. The machine is equipped with a leak catching plate to avoid material dripping on the conveying drum and weighing table.
4. The electrical part is controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC), touch screen and weighing instrument; filling is done by down-diving two-speed filling, which has the advantages of stable and reliable work, easy operation, good human-machine interface and high accuracy of filling measurement.
5. The machine adopts down-diving filling, it can realize three modes - filling while rising, filling after rising, barrel mouth filling; according to the material characteristics to choose the submerged mode. The materials that are easy to produce foam generally adopt the mode of rising while filling, which can effectively avoid the materials from producing foam when filling.
6. Filling quantity can be set freely, which can adapt to the quantitative filling of many specifications.
7. This machine is equipped with automatic protection function of pressing barrel, which is used to automatically recover and not execute filling when the filling nozzle is not inserted into the barrel.
8. The machine uses the working principle of self-flow weighing to realize the control of filling volume. When filling, the time of filling valve opening is controlled by PLC of programmable controller, and the material in the material box flows into the container to be filled by itself.
9. The feeding of this machine can be fed by pump, or by high level tank. If high level tank is used, the high level tank outlet should be about 2.5m to 3m higher than the feeding port of the machine. Connect the liquid feeding pipe with the high level tank channel, and install the stop valve and filter before the feeding pipe, so that no foreign matter and garbage can enter the pipe.
10. The machine is equipped with a fast feeding valve and a slow feeding valve. The fast feeding valve opens at the beginning of the filling process for fast filling, and the fast filling valve closes after the specified filling time, while the slow feeding valve opens for slow filling until the set filling volume.
11. The machine is equipped with several alarm programs, which is convenient for users to troubleshoot the machine.
Packaging & Shipping:
The machine is packed by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
