It adopts servo motor to realize closed type controlling, low malfunction rate, high efficiency as well as fast speed. All parts which contact materials are made of good quality stainless steel, the surface of machine is well polished, friendly environmental, meet GMP standard.

3.Bottle separation part:

This part is driven by variable speed motor, can achieve frequency speed control; tool-less adjustment according to different bottle size, the parts which contact bottle body are processed by rubber material, avoid scratching bottles; the other main function of this parts is, separating outlet bottles one by one, convenient to go into next procedure to unified bottle’s direction (all bottle mouth will be up direction).

Sponge plate

Equipped with label storage place, to prevent the label is distorted, label dispatching and back paper collecting is drived by motor to ensure smooth and accurate label sticking

With scale quick adjustment, more convenient, user-friendly. The angle of entire labeling plate can be adjusted, greatly meet the different bottle labeling requirements of customers.
