This machine is rotary pump capping machine, stable working, widely using range, applicable to round bottle, ellipse bottle and square pail’s capping, high capping rate;

Integrate bottle inlet, cap elevating, cap sorting, cap feeding, caping and bottle outlet, adopts grasping cap and positioning capping, complete the capping process timing with the bottle moving;

Without any damage to the bottle and cap during capping process, get high qualified rate;

The whole machine controlled by PLC, operated by HMI; can comparable to the foreign similar products, with long service life of spare parts, stable working, low noise, widelu using range, high capping rate.

The machine is intelligentialize and humanization, with the function of automatic interlock protection, alarming, yield counting and manual / auto adjusting; the machine is shield by environmental protection door, to ensure the security of operator.

Bottle inlet and outlet star wheel

When change bottle specification, all the star wheel adopts modular design, and carved marks, due to the bottle’s diameter is different, just need to change the corresponding moulds is ok, convenient and efficient, the changing time (all the part) is about 30-50 minutes ( according to the proficiency level)

The capping part consists of capping head, bottle driving plate, cap pipe insert fixed orientation part and bottle guard plate; according to the characteristics of the user’s packaging material, choose using suitable capping head

Cap detecting sensor

When the cap is full, the cap sorter will stop feeding cap automatically, and when the cap is lack, the cap sorter will start feeding cap automatically

Pump cap/ Trigger cap dip tube centering device

Touch screen:

The support of touch screen adopts 360-degree rotatable bracket, which is easy to operate, simple and generous in appearance, strong in practicability, and gives the operator a kind of enjoyment at one's own will.

1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
